PRIME TIME

When i talk about prime time, i mean the perfect time for doing something acting or reacting on something.

Take an example of a leader, a good leader must have an idea of the perfect time to certain things, a leader must know when to hold and when to pass information to his subordinates.

This may not be the same for the case of a politician, much as these two seem to be working with the same group of people.one is more evil than the other.

Politicians are self centered while leaders are people centered, at one time politicians are quoted saying, “i play politics when it suits me, i play for justice not personal game.
i don’t break rules, i play by the rules.
it doesn’t matter what i say or i do, so as long as am doing something.
in the end i don’t care if you love me or hate me just as long as i live”

With that in mind, this creates the difference between a leader and a politician even though they both live a parasitic mode of life to the people they serve.
“welcome to the edge of the death of reason, there’s no right or wrong, not any more, there’s only being in or being out.”

Thanks to mastercard foundation with its partners for the initiative to create the next generation of leaders in Africa who will provide un biased governance from the skills they have learnt and communication strategies they have been natured into.

YOU CAN LET HER GO

As i celebrated her birthday on 8th January, i told her we would formally and casually live.
All it required is to forget the past and just remain friends but she doubted.
I am not denying historical examples where that boundary has been crossed, but i can stand by my decision.
We just have to set the standards high and  never trespass into erotic territory again.
So I didn’t miss the pillow talk, the cuddling, the sweet nothings.

I boldly told her that "You were born into fearlessness, but the world may have taught you to fear unfortunately i don't fear losing you."

Mum told me that "You’re going to date a few cowards before you meet someone brave enough to love you."  and it turned out it happened with you.
I don’t need approval from people who hold different morals than me. I don’t need judgment from people who are supposed to love me.
Religion has the most place and priority in my decision making and science is less on my side,

Effects Of Early Praises

Take notice early praise feels like you’ve already won, never be status driven.

Personally everyday before I sleep, As my vision steadily blurs, I mull over my tomorrow’s to-do lists, digest the challenges of my life outside of the walls, and contemplate the ideas that inspire me.
This has kept me going day in day out because praises give you both the credibility and hype you need to get people on your side but despite all the hype, achievements are valued at the end.
"Some experts argue that early praise can leave the individual receiving the praise feeling like he or she has already won… in turn causing them to be less likely to follow through with their goals."

PENETRATION TESTING

Are you interested in becoming a penetration tester, if so then you need to know about SATAN.
SATAN stands for “Security Analysis Tool for Auditing Networks.
The creators of SATAN gained notoriety a few years before SATAN’s release when they published a paper entitled “Improving the Security of Your Site by Breaking Into It” (Farmer & Veneman, 1993).

The novel idea was not popular with some system administrators, because the paper provided a training manual of sorts for new hackers.
As an administrator, there is one way to deal with protecting the system by braking into it otherwise
Guessing the domain name can be done but alternative methods of security may include;

  1. Shadow password files
  2. Password selection enforcers
  3. One-time passwords
  4. Electronic smart cards

Now we must turn aside a little from our path, in the direction of the malignant beast that lies in wait.” —Dante Alighieri, Inferno.
I occasionally comment on how neat I find their work to be, refraining from critiques or personal skill assessment in general.
Many of the tasks involved need someone who can think outside the box and beyond, you need to read extensively to master this because you can't think outside the box when am inside the box.
As a matter of fact some tasks need to be handled not even considering the box.

Why i say "i can work under extreme pressure"

This is an element i put on my CV not because i am proud of it but just because whenever i have a deadline to meet, i just look at my watch to see the time am left with and this reminds that i have made many more great things happen in less time than this.

This has always pushed me to do some great work and to meet my deadlines.

Making Code Reviews ~craftsmanship.

Everyone in this country should learn to program a computer, because it teaches you to think.~Steve Jobs
Almost all employers prioritize problem-solving skills first, Demonstrating computational thinking or the ability to break down large, complex problems is just as valuable (if not more so) than the baseline technical skills required for a job because if you can’t explain something in simple terms, you don’t understand it.

“The biggest mistake I see new programmers make is focusing on learning syntax instead of learning how to solve problems.”~ Anton Spraul

In programming, Nothing can help you if you can’t write down the exact steps don’t start hacking straight away. Give your brain time to analyze the problem and process the information break it into sub-problems. These sub-problems are much easier to solve, solve each sub-problem one by one. Begin with the simplest. Simplest means you know the answer (or are closer to that answer).

After that, simplest means this sub-problem being solved doesn’t depend on others being solved, once you solved every sub-problem, connect the dots.
Connecting all your “sub-solutions” will give you the solution to the original problem. Congratulations!
This technique is a cornerstone of problem-solving. Remember it (read this step again, if you must).

“If I could teach every beginning programmer one problem-solving skill, it would be the ‘reduce the problem technique.’
For example, suppose you’re a new programmer and you’re asked to write a program that reads ten numbers and figures out which number is the third highest. For a brand-new programmer, that can be a tough assignment, even though it only requires basic programming syntax.
If you’re stuck, you should reduce the problem to something simpler. Instead of the third-highest number, what about finding the highest overall? Still too tough? What about finding the largest of just three numbers? Or the larger of two?
Reduce the problem to the point where you know how to solve it and write the solution. Then expand the problem slightly and rewrite the solution to match, and keep going until you are back where you started.”?—?V. Anton Spraul

"The art of debugging is figuring out what you really told your program to do rather than what you thought you told it to do.”~Andrew Singer
unless you struggle (even a little bit), you won’t learn anything. If you don’t learn anything, you wasted your time.
“Just when you think you’ve successfully navigated one obstacle, another emerges. But that’s what keeps life interesting.

Life is a process of breaking through these impediments, a series of fortified lines that we must break through.
Each time, you’ll learn something. Each time, a little more of the competition falls away. Until all that is left is you: the best version of you.”~Ryan Holiday (The Obstacle is the Way)
common ground is the foundation of every new relationship, Relationships of all kinds are formed on common ground. Learn how to prepare for meeting your next new colleague, client, or mentor.

Why are we doing a normal code review, have we found a stream of horrible problems shortly after going live?
Are we debugging in a panic, poring over code that we thought worked? Are customers leaving in droves and managers breathing down our necks? How can we make sure we wind up behind the right door when the going gets tough? The answer is: craftsmanship.

We could write down all the “feel good” principles of clean code and then trust you to do the work, but then what kind of teachers would that make us, and
what kind of student would that make you?

One of the realities of building a startup is the seemingly-endless series of back-to-back-to-back meetings.
All of that to say, keep an eye out for things that seem to be personally meaningful or passionate about; something about who they are as a person, not just a professional.
important for both of you that you leave the meeting feeling accomplished, not just connected.

Learning to write clean code is hardwork. It requires more than just the knowledge of principles and patterns. You must sweat over it. You must practice it yourself, and watch
yourself fail. You must watch others practice it and fail. You must see them stumble and retrace their steps. You must see them agonize over decisions and see the price they pay for making those decisions the wrong way.

EXPLORING THE REMOTE ACCESS TECHNOLOGY.

Work is becoming a thing we do rather than a place we go, which is why being able to choose between multiple devices is so crucial.

Also, location is no longer a restricting factor to the best talent acquisition with the development of remote access technology in a working environment, Widening the reach beyond their immediate surroundings allows businesses to select from a larger pool of potential candidates.

I have always felt the impostor syndrome whenever I try to apply for any job, this topic is impostor syndrome of not feeling like you are capable, I could experience this while having a track record of getting things done or proving yourself to yourself repeatedly.

Thanks to the research I have done of recent that introduced my self to #RemoteAccessTechnology which made me realize that I can accomplish a lot.

Remote access allows IT support from anywhere, this can make working from home as efficient and interruption-free as possible if secure remote access solution from a trusted vendor also by underpinning a secure, accessible BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy which increases efficiency and flexibility

The technology allows Files, resources and data can be protected with end-to-end encryption and multi-factor authentication.

As part of the wider business continuity plan, a good remote access solution can mean a quicker return to business as usual. While most disaster recovery strategies detail recovery for servers and data, organizations should also consider how workers will be able to securely and efficiently access company data from alternative locations.

The technology has an advantage that If you are uncomfortable with countless local copies of sensitive data scattered about on employees’ personal devices, perhaps you should look at adopting a controlled way for workers to connect remotely. This could be:

a cloud environment - access to shared company assets delivered over the Internet

a remote access software solution - an encrypted connection between a remote device and a device back in the office, which allows access to work resource as if the employee was on the premises

This is could be of great yield to your business in one way or the other so think about it.

To all of you out there is something you should always remember, "evil has many faces but darkness has many allies" think critically about it and realize how you also have to become a devil to survive because sometimes faith is not considerable.

If you want to trade, follow instructions but if you want to live just take precautions as you see the world from a new vantage point because “you don't need to offer a higher price for a cheap commodity,” life always comes first.

A desperate man is a dangerous man, this is visible with power and money, they are like twins, someone keeps looking for them and the moment they get a bit of them, they still keep looking for more.

Many people call me a traitor but i call myself a survivor, people we have trusted the most end up betraying us so all i have realized people like us have to rely on ourselves hence i finally broke ties with people who loved me for what i am and i strengthened my relationships with people that loved me for who I am. Bezos wrote that "life is definitely too short" to work with colleagues you don't admire but remember “for any course that is dependent on one person is deemed to fail,” always work together

life outside school is so much challenging but fulfilling, procedures change as technology and market conditions dictate but be eager to learn, no knowledge is prohibited, it only requires attaining some level.

At the very start, "you do not know what you do not know" everything is like setting up a system for the very first time it can seem a daunting prospect for someone who has not done so before. Even when good documentation is available from the manufacturer, it is often based on a run-through of features rather than worked, practical examples of how to go about it in the real world but "failure and failed experience remains experience, so share it" because it all teaches you a lesson during your transition.

I promised myself success and i will settle for nothing less because “even dreams have a price in this world, that price is always sweat and blood” And again, life requires flexibility and dynamism, you lose one skill and you develop another “you lose a leg and replace it with a walking stick.”

Use all your desire, dedication, passions, sacrifice, blood, sweat and tears to succeed because it takes more than a strategy to survive a battle and this battle is transition into the employment world.

Bezos wrote that "For myself, I've always tried hard to work only with people I admire, and I encourage folks here to be just as demanding"

I now know that “success needs both your skills and hands, if any of them is missing its quite hard.” We just need to make sure we wind up behind the right door when the going gets tough, the answer is: craftsmanship.

There are two parts to learning craftsmanship knowledge and work. You must gain the knowledge of principles, patterns, practices, and heuristics that a craftsman knows, and you must also grind that knowledge into your fingers, eyes, and gut by working hard and practicing, all this takes time.

Time as time will wait for no man, not even you but it takes is having passion, perseverance, hard work and practice. I can teach you the physics of riding a bicycle. Indeed, the classical mathematics is relatively straightforward, Gravity, friction, angular momentum, center of mass, and so forth, can be demonstrated with less than a page full of equations.

Given those formulas I could prove to you that bicycle riding is practical and give you all the knowledge you needed to make it work. And you’d still fall down the first time you climbed on that bike, life is no different.

DESCRIPTION OF LIFE

For the little time i have spent outside school, i can conclude that life is more than the ability to learn quickly and easily. Life is a marathon not a sprint, all it takes is having passion & perseverance for very long-term goals because perfection is a long road, don't look for shortcuts.

All i have decided is to focus, i want to face the music because in the due course i will learn and make people start to dance on my own tunes since every force has its equal, fear for peace and dark for light every gift has a price and every favor must paid for.

It can be difficult to talk about your accomplishments without feeling like you are boasting because Pride comes before the fall but that shouldn’t stop you.

You should be proud of your work but sometimes we need to admit that something is beyond what we can manage, even “steel proof systems get down”.

If you try something for several attempts and you can't get it done, accept the defeat and call for external support, Personally, am pretty good with my hands but i had to get a mirror and when i looked in my eyes, i didn't see the same confidence and elegance all i could see is myself very humbled. This is when I learnt to accept defeat.

i used to follow the common standards known as protocols to handle my tasks but now days protocol is blown outside the window, so i do what’s best for business.

if you ever want to start a fire, you need to control how it burns otherwise you may end up also burning in the very fire you started because if you don't burn it all at once, wait to see what raises from the ashes.

It is so gratifying to be able to articulate the journey you took and how you moved the needle.

Your story is your biggest selling point, there are millions of individuals around with the same or even better qualifications than you hence It is the ones who have a better story to tell & sell, who wins the game.

The game in this kind is getting the Job, this is due to the increased level of un employment that has increased competition for the few available jobs.

Your story must represent your skills qualifications and what you can accomplish and experience in the target job.

Factors To Determine Career Success:

At the start of my career I was under the impression that working hard and doing great work would get me promotions. Over time, I was met with the harsh reality that hard work alone does not progress you forward in your career and that there are TWO other elements you have to focus on.
#promotions in a business is like to ascend the corporate ladder but you realize that there is more to career success than being a top performer, and that a person also
needs to bolster their image and exposure.
Promotion is boiled down to PIE which stands for 3 factors to determine career success:

Performance:
Definition: How well you do your job
Attributes to Career Success: 10%
Image
Definition: How you are perceived by people who work with you
Attributes to Career Success: 30%
Exposure
Definition: People know what you’ve done and how it matters to the organization
Attributes to Career Success: 60%

HARDWORK AND PRACTICE.

These can be demonstrated with less than a page full of equations, Given those formulae I could prove to you that bicycle riding is practical and give you all the knowledge you
